New Circle did a fantastic job and came to my home on the same day I called. Even with a very busy schedule they worked me in. The estimate for repairs was given up front and was very reasonable. Sam was phenomenal and very courteous. We have used them for years and will continue in the future.

Came out quickly for an emergency call to fix our freezer & was able to repair in a timely manner.

Two-Month Update:
Initially, we were satisfied with the repair service provided two months ago and even left a favorable review at the technician's request. However, recent developments compel us to provide an update.

High Cost: Despite a discounted(*) rate of $375, the repair has proven to be prohibitively expensive, especially given that the freezer has malfunctioned again within a short period.

Unprofessional Conduct: During the initial repair visit, the technician offered a discount(*) in exchange for a positive review. After completing the repairs and while settling our bill, the technician insisted on waiting until the positive online review was completed to ensure it was favorable. This coercive tactic made us feel pressured and misled. When we expressed concerns about the reliability of the repair, the technician responded, "If you want the discount, you’ll leave the positive review; otherwise, you can pay full price." We hate to use this word but the technician did make us feel bullied into writing a 5 star review at that time in order not to pay a higher price.

Lack of Transparency: The technician quoted $169 for the visit to diagnose the issue, with the promise that this amount would be applied to the repair cost. However, we were not informed upfront that the labor rate was $250 per hour, which significantly increased the overall cost.

For future customers, we strongly advise conducting thorough due diligence when considering this company for repair services. Keep in mind that the 5 star reviews posted are most likely a result of the technician making them leave 5 stars in exchange for a discounted price. Ensure you receive clear information about labor rates and other potential costs before agreeing to any services. We do not normally leave unfavorable reviews for companies & do understand our experience may have been a reflection on our technician and not the company & its owner.
